The aquastroller is a program designed to meed the needs of postpartum women who take their children aged between 3 months and 3 years to practice sessions with them. It’s also a great entertainment for children safely placed in their floats.
This family water activity combines the pleasant with the useful by bringing all the benefits of aquafitness together:

Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 – 11:45 a.m.
* Drop-in rate $12 depending on availability
* Non-residents of Montreal please add $15
