Class details
Ideal for anyone looking for an accessible challenge. We’ll take the time to explain and understand the alignment of the postures while keeping the body active. We’ll also learn the foundation of all types of yoga, which is to connect with the breath in order to bring strength, focus and balance to the body. Gradually, as the body warms up, the sequence becomes more and more physically demanding. More advanced variations will be suggested, without being imposed, for those with a more advanced practice.
