A fun way to spend time outside and experience the neighbourhood, using the urban environment to stay fit.
This outdoor activity lets you build muscular and cardiovascular capacity by taking you through exercises of variable intensity. It includes periods of running and other cardio activities, as well as strength training using your own bodyweight.
No equipment needed!
Urban Circuit will take us into the scenic areas next to the Lachine Canal as well as many other green spaces, using urban infrastructure and the built environment to get us moving…
