With age, balance can become more fragile: muscle strength decreases, eyesight changes, and our reflexes slow down. Fortunately, there are simple and effective ways to prevent falls.

This workshop, specially designed for adults and seniors, offers:

  • Gentle exercises to center yourself and become more aware of your body
  • Adapted movements to develop stability
  • Accessible exercises to work on posture and balance
  • Practical advice and techniques on how to react and get up in the event of a fall.

A safe and supportive environment to boost your confidence, improve your stability, and enjoy everyday life with peace of mind.
