Born in the 1980s, spinning is a form of an organized exercise that involves using a special stationary bicycle by a group of practitioners with a focus on transcendence and weight loss. It is also an effective cardiovascular workout adapted for any practitioner’s level. The course involves using the rhythm of exciting music, which makes the activity enjoyable and fun to do.
