A journey towards inner harmony

Makko Ho is a series of gentle, accessible movements derived from Japanese tradition. Easy to learn, these sequences combine breathing, stretching, and concentration to restore the flow of vital energy (Ki), increase flexibility, and support organ vitality.

Each posture is linked to a meridian—the energy channels used in Eastern medicine—and thus acts on a specific pair of organs (liver, kidneys, lungs, heart, etc.). When practiced regularly, Makko Ho helps to:

release physical and mental tension,
improve breathing and posture,
stimulate internal organ function,
restore balance and serenity in everyday life.

This workshop is an accessible introduction to Eastern energy practices for everyone. You will leave with a simple practice that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine to take care of your body, calm your mind, and nourish your vital energy.

No prior experience is necessary—just a desire to explore another way to connect with yourself and bring peace to your daily life.
