HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a dynamic and energizing workout based on alternating periods of intense effort with short recovery phases. Each session combines a variety of exercises—jumps, sprints, squats, push-ups, core work, and functional movements—performed at high intensity to engage the entire body. The active recovery phases allow you to catch your breath before the next effort, ensuring a stimulating and effective workout.
