Master B.K.S. Iyengar was the first to introduce props into yoga, helping practitioners adopt the right postures for better body alignment. Chair yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga but with gentler movements. Progress towards a strengthened, realigned body, while accessing postures you thought were out of reach. Enjoy!
