Class details
The cardio toning class is all about maximizing your workout by working your body while having fun.
Using various training tools (dumbbells, balls, elastics, etc.) or simply body weight, this class will help you develop good muscle tone and a better cardiovascular rhythm.
The last few minutes of the class are devoted to stretching and relaxation.

Tuesday: noon to 12:50 p.m.
Friday: 8:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
