Inspired by classical dance, Ballet Fitness combines the graceful movement of ballet with the vibrancy of fitness, to sculpt the body with strength and smoothness, stretch muscles lengthwise, and work on posture with elegance. This innovative method uses the basic foot and arm positions of ballet, barre, and floor, and links them with fitness exercises to work the entire body in a harmonious and balanced way.
Myriam Jézéquel is a ballet fitness, fitness ball, and Essentrics instructor. Dance is her passion, a dance impregnated with beauty, strength, fluidity, and well-being. And more than dance, the body in movement and form is for her a symbol and source of joy in living, health, balance, and alignment. Her greatest pleasure is to share this delight and its sculpting effects on the body and rejuvenating effects on the spirit.
