Ayurveda, which means ‘the science of life’, is the Indian health tradition that aims to achieve a lasting balance between the body, mind and lifestyle. Simple and natural, this approach offers daily practices to improve energy, digestion, sleep and emotional stability.

In this workshop, which is open to all, you will discover:

  • the basics of Ayurveda and the role of the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha),
  • how to recognise your personal tendencies,
  • suitable morning and evening routines,
  • easy principles of nutrition, breathing, movement and self-massage,
  • tips for better stress management and immunity support.

Ideal for starting spring with more vitality, clarity and gentleness in your daily life.
